Rates
Daily Rate
~ The daily rate includes all meals and an open bar.
~ Each hunter or other visitor pays the daily rate for lodging and meals, starting the day hunting commences.
~ Each adult (age 11 and up) is $200 per night per person.
~ Children (age 10 and under) are no charge.
Guide Fee
~ All hunters pay the guide fee.
~ We require guides to be present to ensure everyone's safety.
~ One hunter with one guide is $175 per day, starting the day hunting commences.
~ Two hunters with one guide is $125 per hunter per day, starting the day hunting commences.
Trophy Fee
~ The trophy fee is the cost of the animal.
~ Hunters pay a trophy fee for each animal they shoot.
~ We charge 100% for wounded or lost animals.
~ The trophy fees do not include the daily rate or the guide fee.

For all Hunts
~ Prices do not include gun rental, ammo, gratuity, airport pick-up, airport drop-off or hunting licenses.
~ We require a $1,500 deposit per hunter.
~ Hunts cancelled 30 days prior to the first day of the hunt may be changed to another date at no additional cost.
~ Hunts cancelled within the 30 days may be subject to forfeited deposit at the manager's discretion.d

Trophy Fees for Whitetail Deer
~ For whitetail deer up to SCI 179, the hunter and his guests pay the daily rate, guide fee and trophy fee as normal.
~ For whitetail deer SCI 180 plus, the hunter does not pay the daily rate. He pays the trophy fee and the guide fee (minimum 3 days). His guests pay as normal. This is called the Whitetail Package.
~ For whitetail deer up to SCI 179, the hunter and his guests pay the daily rate, guide fee and trophy fee as normal.
~ For whitetail deer SCI 180 plus, the hunter does not pay the daily rate. He pays the trophy fee and the guide fee (minimum 3 days). His guests pay as normal. This is called the Whitetail Package.

~ This all-inclusive turkey package is only $1,550 per hunter.
~ It includes 1 bird, 3 days of hunting, 2 nights of lodging, and all meals for one hunter.
~ Non-hunting guests (eleven years and older) are $200 per night for lodging and meals.
~ Non-hunters age ten and under are no charge.
~ Limit one turkey per hunter.
